1.Orders
An order is accepted once we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp or email. We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock or details cannot be confirmed.
2.Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order. If a price was shown in error, we will contact you before processing the order.
3.Payment
- Cash on delivery: pay the rider when you receive your order.
- Bank transfer: send the payment and share the screenshot with your order number. We dispatch once payment is confirmed.
4.Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as weather, strikes or road closures. See Shipping & Returns for details.
5.Product information
We make every effort to describe products accurately. Small differences in colour or printing may occur. Sizes and weights may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.
6.Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the products in that order. Please use products only as intended.
7.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute falls under the courts of Faisalabad.
